This kit includes a NEW high quality electrical motor which is the most common reason of failure of sliding door movement at the very first moment.
This motor is compatible with a motor in the door actuator assembly, which is not sold separately from Toyota. You don't need to change the entire assembly as far as gears in the assembly are good. 

This kit also includes direct replacements of M4 screw which is easily stripped during disassembly, lubricant and thread locker.
This kit DOESN'T include entire actuator assembly.
