This collection has four short films, three with Jack Duffy and one with Paul Parrott, Sid Smith, and Dixie Lamont

Jack Duffy films include 2 silent shorts Chicken Feathers, The Court Plasterer, and one early sound short titled The Cow's Kick.  

Chicken Feathers (1927) let's just say that the feathers fly

The Court Plasterer(1924) has Jack Duffy as an attorney suing a doctor.  He sends Neal Burns to deliver the Summons.

The Cow's kick (1930) is an early political film.  In 1930 California had a vote on whether or not to implement Daylight Savings time.  This was an Anti Daylight Savings Time film.  Very cute and you get to hear Jack Duffy's voice. This print was copied from one of the films in my nitrate film collection

 Black Eyes and Blue (ca 1920)  This short stars Paul Parrott, Sid Smith and Dixie Lamont.  Sid Smith (who is in many of my Hallroom Boys films (shameless plug)) wants to marry Dixie Lamont.  Dixie wants to marry Paul Parrott who has a title, a boxing title.  Who will end up with the girl????  This print was also from my nitrate film collection

Each of these films has a royalty free music soundtrack added.  If you don't like my choice of music turn the volume down and play some ragtime.
