• We Accept Payment through PayPal
• eBay will automatically open a unpaid case after 2 business days of non-payment for an item. Unpaid cases can be closed if payment is received within their stated time. 
• If you are getting an error message that says “Seller does not ship to your address” please make sure you have a phone number fill in.

Shipping

• We ship Monday-Friday
• Please contact us for quotes for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and internationally
• We ship to your confirmed PayPal address, Please make sure your confirmed address is a physical address and not a PO Box
• We ship to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses via USPS Priority Mail
• This item will ship separately and is not combined with other orders. Each Auction Roll will have a separate shipping charge. 

Returns

• If you are experiencing problems with the product, please contact us.
• Before you purchase, please read the following: All Sales are Final, No Returns. Material may have imperfections such as wrinkles, lines, color variations, uneven ends, punched holes for feeding machines, damaged cores and splices. Material may be composed of several rolls to equal order quantity and may not be a continuous roll.  Pictures and descriptions are used to describe imperfections and show the end user that the product is still usable. Material defects are mentioned in the description to the best of our ability.
