How it works
1. Check with United if space is available for you flight and if the fare class is correct.
(Remember you can buy up to the proper fare class to ensure that a GPU can be applied. However refunds will not be given if you decide not to use/apply that upgrade). When calling United, and if they ask, say that you are receiving an upgrade from a friend.
2. Purchase
3. Email/Message me your Reservation/Booking Code, Passenger Names, and Segments and dates you wish to upgrade. I will handle the rest.
4. If instant upgrade space is available, you will be upgraded immediately.

Please note: if for any reason you cancel your ticket after upgrading I will not be able to refund you the money, however will be happy to apply the upgrade to another eligible flight after your original flight date.
Global Premier® Upgrades are one-way, one-cabin upgrades, confirmable as early as time of ticketing on all United-, United Express®- and Copa Airlines-operated flights systemwide.
Eligible flights
Global Premier Upgrades are available on all United-, United Express- and Copa Airlines-operated flights systemwide.
These upgrades can be used on paid, published fares for upgrades from United Economy®, United Business® or United BusinessFirst® to the next higher cabin. Fare classes Z, P, S, T, L, K, G and N may only be upgraded on flights to select regions. See the upgrade regions chart for full details on upgrade eligibility and fare restrictions.
Global Premier Upgrades are fully transferable and may be used for travel with or without the earning Premier member.
If you have no idea what you are buying, please message for clarification
- Flight has to be United (not codeshare or operated by another airline except Lufthansa as noted below)
- Flight has to be booked and flown before 1/31/2019
- The flight can be domestic or international for global upgrades including Hawaii.
- Flight cannot be an award ticket, has to be a paid ticket in an upgradable fare class (note cheapest tickets are usually not upgradable)
- Upgrade is only valid for a single upgrade up (Economy -> Business or Business -> First).
- Can be used on all domestic fares and international fares with fare classes Y, B, M, E, U, H, Q, V, W. This may not be cheapest ticket on sale, so if you have not booked the flight, you might want to start with fare class W.
- You can buy these for future use, but there are no refunds.
- If you waitlist an upgrade, the onus is on you to use it in the future if the original one does not clear.
- The higher your status level, the more likely you will be upgraded.
- You can check instant upgrade space by looking at R fare class.
- For Lufthansa operated flights, each upgrade is valid for one-segment, one-cabin upgrades on any multi-cabin international flight. Fare classes : L, T, X, I, R, N, S, W, Z, P, K, O, ID, AD, IP and V. U.S. government fares are also not eligible for Lufthansa.
