This is an original Fire Insurance Policy issued by The Judea Insurance Company Ltd to a Mr. A. B. Brassard for a property at 37 King George Avenue, Haifa, Israel. The policy is dated 8th November 1953. The item measures 20.7cm x 32.5cm when folded and opens out to double the width. An interesting item.

The item is in an acceptable condition. Has been folded into four panels in the past but will be sent folded in half horizontally. General edge, fold end, spine end and corner rubs, slight uneveness in the folding, creases at top front corner, tiniest bit of loss at top rear corner, tiny creases at other corners, two holes punched close to spine with a tear at bottom hole front and rear, some loss and roughness along spine with some rubbing along remaining spine, some loss at spine ends, light crease at top of spine, tiny nick and tiny chip at front edge of front panel, two tiny holes at top rear of spine, several tiny nicks at top rear edge, light browning and some tiny marks to front panel, light strip down front edge of front cover, general light browning to rear cover with some tiny marks, light rubbing along reverse of creases, several small brown marks to inside of item, some bumps to edges. Please check scans carefully as they help with condition too.
