All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at 20%. EU VAT Registered companies and customers outside EU pay 20% less the advertised price. If you have a valid EU VAT number, we can zero rate VAT. We currently accept PayPal, Bank transfer and Card payments.
All payments must be cleared before we will despatch any goods.
If payment is not made within 5 days we will open a case to cancel the transaction. If you cannot make payment immediately please contact us so we can make arrangements.

Dispatch Times:
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3:30pm on the day of receipt. Items that require a build and configuration such as servers and storage arrays may take an extra 24 hours before shipping.
Domestic:- All domestic shipments are sent using DPD or DHL Next Day Service and are normally delivered next working day.
International: - We ship worldwide via DHL, DPD and Fedex. International buyers acknowledge and understand that all duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Items are sold with 6 months LanPartsDirect return to base waranty unless otherwise stated.
Unwanted items may be returned within 14 working days of the date that the goods are received. Goods are returned at the customers cost.
Any damaged items upon arrival must be notified within 48 hours of receipt.
