Shipping:

Standard delivery is by Royal Mail First Class.

Recorded/Signed/Express Delivery is available at extra cost.

Overseas Shipping - I can only guarantee and cover items for loss if sent by International Signed for, any other overseas post service used is done so at the buyers choice and own risk

Returns:

Buy it nows -  only refundable if returned to us in its original condition only, with all tags, packaging & labels still attached (if applicable) within 14 days of purchase, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item, less post and packaging.

Any items returned damaged or make up or deodorant marked WILL NOT be refunded

   2. In the case of a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault.
