The
violin is said to be from the 1900-1920's. In immediate playing conditions and comes in case for
protection purposes. Has a chin rest but was taken off for picture
purposes.

immediate playing conditions. Fully set up with good strings and luthier
fitted bridge, the violin needs
nothing! With an old repaired crack on the front right side of the violin going up from the saddle. No Sound post cracks no bass bar cracks in
the front nor the back. No structural damage, repairs anywhere! With only surface nicks and scratch here
and there, typical of a violin that's been used through the years.
Gorgeous one piece maple wood back with matching ribs with a strong straight grained spruce wood top. Beautiful reddish-brown varnish. Great mature tone, easy to play violin!!
