We recommend you take insured delivery to prevent items from loss or damage in the post or in transit and we will obtain a receipts/tacking number as proof of posting. Should the unseen happen, we shall work together until the matter is resolved. Highlands, Islands & other remote areas may take longer to deliver goods.

Returns accepted all stated listing and only if the goods are deemed to be faulty or the listing is incorrect, please note NOT all items are returnable for various safety reason. Goods can only be returned within the terms of our returns policy, i.e. we MUST be notified within 48 hours of receipt of item. If this is the case the item MUST be returned providing it is in its original condition with Tags/Labels still attached (including the packaging where it forms part of the goods, i.e. boxed items), any seals on the product remain unbroken & for hygiene or safety reasons have not been worn, opened or used. I recommend that you return via recorded/signed postal service, it’s your responsibility to return items safely as we won’t be responsible for item’s lost or damaged in post/transit.
Once the item is returned in satisfactory condition we will cancel the order and process your refunds, minus the postage costs. Change of mind post and returned postal charges are non refundable.
Sorry NO RETURNS/REFUND on lingerie, hosiery [socks], swimwear, underwear, hats & Jewellery for Safety & Hygiene reasons. If an item is lost and a claim needs to be filed, then a refund will be given once we have received a decision lost investigation team, this can take up to 6 weeks from the date of sale.
