Shipping Information

We send our good only from MONDAY to FRIDAY. We will send bought items in the same day, only if payment was booked on our bank account before 2 p.m.

We send good from Poland. Waiting time for delivery package it`s 4-10 days, but it is concern of courier services. We send our goods via GLS Courier or Polish Post.

The goods will be sent to the address provided by the Paypal payment for the shipment.
Make sure your address in paypal is correct.

We dont take resposobility for courier service.

All items MUST BE CHECKED on delivery for any damage.  If  yes, write a claim note with courier! You'll need it for claim.

Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send your money back. Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
