SHIPPING
- Will be shipped from Phoenix or NY to US buyers (just pay attention on handling time). Since some items not stored in Phoenix, we reserve the rights to ship from other location if it greatly improve delivery time. We want to deliver fast and sure for you. Return and customer service is always in Phoenix, AZ.
- For Europe/Asia, item maybe shipped from within EU. We provide such option for special request. We can also provide "in hand delivery" for some items after coordination with us.
- Shipping price is usually BELOW actual cost. Please understand we use only premium service, with signature confirmation, delivery confirmation and ship only to registered on Ebay/Paypal address
- Sometimes we can offer "in hands delivery" to European customers. That mean our man will arrive with watch. Expensive, but many people choose it for $$$ items.
PAYMENTS
- We accept Paypal, also direct bank payments, cash on collection possible in some cases, we making in hands delivery in Europe with possibility of taking payment (usually part of it) on collection. Payment type will GREATLY change the offer we will accept, it is a part of the deal and part of our decision to accept you offer.
RETURNS
- We accept NO RETURNS for high end jewelry items because item maybe easy altered. Sorry, check everything before buying, ask any pictures you want, because no rerun for such items accepted. Sometimes we can offer in hands delivery, so you can check item with you local dealer of you choice - but keep in mind in hands delivery will cost money.
