Free Click and Collect

We are now offering this service on all our products throughout our eBay store. This allows you to order online and collect at your local store.

Free Standard Delivery

This service is available for the UK mainland, Northern Ireland, IOW, IOM (Unfortunately we cannot offer free delivery to Channel Islands, Scottish & Scilly Isles)

Standard Delivery is 2 working day service and we aim to ship most orders in 1 working day for orders received previous day or and up to 12pm same day. Orders received after 12pm will be shipped the next working day excluding public holidays.

Please note: Delivery and Shipment times can vary during peak times.

Express Next Day Delivery

Next working day service where applicable is £4.95 for shipments to UK Mainland, NI, IOW, IOM. (Not available for Channel Islands, Scottish and Scilly Isles)

This service is working days only (Monday to Friday) for orders placed before 12pm

International Shipments

We use the eBay Global delivery programme.

Please contact us for a shipping quote outside this programme.

Missing Items:

Unfortunately, items do go missing from time to time. That is the reason we use professional companies to deliver our parcels, so the likelihood of this occurring is minimal.

If you have a missing parcel please

·       Notify us within 5 days.

If you have missed the attempted delivery of your item, then our couriers will generally leave a card providing the whereabouts of your parcel. They will also take images of the location they have left your parcel for proof of delivery.

Please note: Our couriers will attempt to deliver your item maximum 2 times. It will then be returned to us. We will charge you postage cost to resend.

Refunds for Missing items:

It is our policy that we will not offer refunds for missing items. We only replace products and this subject to the completion of a full investigation by our couriers to ascertain the reason why your item is missing.

Returns and Refunds

Please contact us via the eBay message system or call us if you are not completely happy with your purchase. Under the eBay returns policy this must be done within 30 days. It would be helpful that you provide a reason for the return of your purchase.

Returns

For unwanted items you must organise the return at your expense and risk. We only accept returned items that have been notified via eBay or by contacting us.

Unwanted items:

·       Must be returned in the original packaging without any damage, unused, and ready to be Sold.

·       Refunds are conditional on us receiving your unwanted item in the original undamaged packaging

·       If you return your item not original or with damaged packaging, we will deduct 25% from the original selling price from your refund.

·       All unwanted items are subject to us deducting our delivery cost of £2.95.

Faulty or wrongly sent Items:

·       Please notify us within 7 days and provide images of damage or faulty item.

·       On our approval of the return we will organise and pay for return of the item.

·       On receipt and after inspection of your returned item we will either replace or refund you (subject to your preference)
