Product Care

All feathers can be washed, curled, flat ironed, etc..treat them as if they were human hair...feathers can last up to 3+ months dependant upon care. Very easy to install and remove - so easy you could change them daily if you choose to do so. If at any time you are unhappy with the feather's appearance, simply mist and/or flat iron your feather and it will go back to its natural state.

PAYMENT & SHIPPING

ALL Payments are due within 48 hours of auction end.. we will combine shipping if multiple purchases are made.  All items will be shipped within 24 hours of payment unless other arrangements have been made :).

Returns & Feedback

Returns are accepted within a 14 day period of delivery. The item must be received back within 14 days of the delivery date, unused and odor free. ( If items are NWT - Tags must still be attached to the purchase items that apply. ) There is a 20% restocking fee and return shipping is the buyers responsibility.
