This is probably the best defence against the varroa mite.

Insert two strips in the brood box of a standard colony for six weeks (two Brood Cycles) at the end of the season.

Space the two strips apart hanging on different frames near the centre of the brood nest where bees will walk over them.

Not to be used during a honeyflow.
