I purchased it new and it has been very well cared for.

Its mounted on a Technika lens board.

It includes the matching Center Filter IIIb that flattens the exposure across a full 4x5 frame - 

Caps are included for both the lens front and back as well as the filter when it is mounted on the lens (3 total).

Filter will ship in its original case rather than on the lens.

This is the Schneider Super-Symmar 4.5/80 XL-105 degree Aspheric MC and is really an amazing lens
