Up for sale today is a brand new e13  Extended Range Cog for Sram cassettes. This cog is 42t in size and works with Sram 10-speed cassettes. All you need to do to increase the range on your current Sram 10-speed cassette is remove the cassette, remove the 17t cog and install this cog behind your cassette. A long B0limit screw is included as well if your derailleur doesn't clear this largest cog. This cog retails for $70. 

  • Extended range aluminum 42t cog to fits SRAM 10-speed cassettes
  • 42t is compatible with 36t max cassettes while 40t is compatible with 34t max cassettes
  • Remove the existing 17t and add the Extended Range cog without any additional spacers to create an 11-42 10-speed cassette option
  • Cogs come with a longer replacement B-limit screw, to avoid running the derailleur with the stock screw maxed out
  • Intended for use with single chainring drivetrains. Chainwrap capacity will be an issue for those wanting to use double cranksets
