All items are sold AS-IS. We may not always know the exact name or maker of the item but we try our best to describe very clearly every item we have up for auction. Please ask if you have a question about the item BEFORE you purchase the item. IF you have any problems with the item you purchased from us, PLEASE let us know before leaving negative feedback. We will NEVER knowingly mis-represent an item, but if we do miss something, we will do our best to make it right for you. Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: We ship your order as quickly as possible. This item will be shipped via the USPS, and will take approx 4-14 business days to arrive.

Q: Will you accept payment methods other than PayPal?

A: At this time we can only accept payment via PayPal. PayPal is fast and secure and it protects both the buyer and seller from many types of internet scams.

Q: Can you ship to my country?

A: If the item qualifies for International Shipping, then you will be able to purchase that item.
If you do not have the option to purchase then that item does not qualify for International Shipping.

Q: After I placed my order I decided I don't need the item. What can I do?

A: We will refund any purchase within 30 days once we receive the item back in the same condition in which we shipped it. We do not refund shipping on items returned for reasons other than an error on our part.

Payment - We accept only Paypal. Payment is due within 7 days after the auction is ended or best offer accepted. The item will be relisted if payment is not received after 10 business days unless prior arrangements have been made.

Insurance - We wrap all items with care including using bubble wrap but we DO recommend that you insure your purchase, on some items insurance is included into the shipping charges.

Return Policy - We do accept returns if I have grossly misrepresented an item. You must email us about item within (3) days of receiving the item. Shipping charges ARE NOT refunded under ANY circumstances. We will NOT accept packages sent COD or UNINSURED. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent. The Buyer is responsible for shipping (and insurance if applicable) both ways. If a refund is requested for any other reason, all listing and associated fees from the auction to include the cost of shipping are deducted from your payment before refund is made.

Multiple Purchases - If you purchase more than one item from us, you may be entitled to combined shipping cost or a discount. Please wait to receive an invoice from us before paying if you purchase more than one item
