OUR SHIPPING
POLICY
-We provide shipping
directly to the address that is indicated on your eBay account. If you
want your package sent to the different address, you can easily change it
during your check out.
You are responsible for the address that you provide to us. If a package
was not delivered, because of an invalid/wrong shipping address, we are not
responsible for this.
-Shipping & handling
is a max. of 2 business days period, once your payment has processed through
the PayPal.
ESTIMATED TERMS OF ARRIVAL
- Tracking information provided automatically to the buyer at the time of
shipping, by our email to the email address on the PayPal payment.
- Log onto USPS.com to get more about tracking information.
- U.S. buyers should allow 7-10 business days for their items to arrive.
- International buyers should allow 20-30 business days for their items to
arrive.
- Please, also realize that time of arrival ultimately depends on your Country's
postal service logistics.
DAMAGES AND ACCIDENTS
We understand that accidents might happen during shipping time. If it
happens please do not throw anything away. Take a picture and email
it to us and we will take care of it.
Defective items must be noticed within 2 days after
delivery!
REFUNDS – EXCHANGES –
RETURNS POLICY
- All items are subject to return to seller for a refund or exchange
within 14 days of purchase date.

You must contact us first for a
return authorization.
- Items not in its original packaging will
not be refunded.
- Items should be returned in new condition and in
original packaging/ unused / unopened.
- Buyer would have to pay for return shipping cost.
- We ship globally via eBay's
Global Shipping Program (GSP). We don't cover returns for items shipped
globally. Buyers returning such items will be refunded ONLY for the item's
cost and not for the shipping.
- Return on new, unwanted, items:
Buyer must pay return shipping. You will be issued a refund less a 20%
re-stocking fee.
Incorrect Items:
- We will ship a replacement if one is available, or refund price of the purchase.
You will be offered a shipping credit based on the original cost of shipping
the item.
Refund will be made upon receipt of the
returned item.
