Shipping

Shipments are made within 1-2 business day of payment being received. All shipments will be handled with care. We are collectors and know packaging is crucial. We do combine shipping when buying multiple items that are shipped together. Once it is packed and delivered to the local delivery service it is now in the hands of the shipping company.

Pop Protectors

Pre-Orders

All pre-order items are marked in the title with pre-order. Delivery date is an estimated date and cannot be guaranteed. Estimated release dates are given to us by the manufacturer and are subject to change. Once received, it will be shipped within 1-2 business days. You will then be notified with tracking information thru Ebay. We know condition of the Funko Pops and the boxes are crucial to our customers. We will inspect them when we receive them.

CDC Package Grading System

We make that online purchase only to be disappointed when we open the box and see a our product packaged poorly and damaged. Like the stores that ship Funko Pops in a padded mailer. As we all know, package condition is very crucial with collectible items. We do our very best to package to ensure little to know damage will be done.

Many retailers tend to ignore the importance of collecting or it not a top priority like it is for CDC. This is what sets Calm Down Collectibles aside from other stores– we recognize collecting and have the systems in place to accommodate the collector. Our website and systems are built around the idea that a collector should be able to choose the condition of their product and receive it in that condition when they open their package.

The CDC Next Step

When a shipment arrives at our locations. We then sort and grade the products by the condition of the packaging if applicable. When purchasing a product you will choose from several different packaging grade options:

Collectors Grade

Collectors Grade is for the collector who wants the item's packaging to be near to mint as possible. Each item is inspected and graded. Next, each item is wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent any future scuffing or scratching. Additional protection maybe added on a case by case basis. We go the extra mile to ensure minimal wear and prevent damage to a Collectors Grade box.

Standard Grade

Most products arriving at our warehouse are in Common Grade condition, meaning they are fresh out of the case with only minor issues such as creases, dents, dings, rubbing, or scrapes. These don’t take away from the overall appearance of the packaging and are suitable for opening or for display in their package. Standard grade, however, may not meet the needs of the serious collector who wants near-mint to mint packaging. That is why we offer Collectors Grade.

Damaged Grade

Damaged Grade products are items with considerable packaging wear. They are not typically suitable for display in their packaging, but are perfect for opening as the items themselves are still brand new and mint-in-box.

*Not all items that we sell will be graded. Why? Some items don’t have packaging or have an inherent value based on the packaging condition. We only grade those products that benefit from doing so. Don’t worry though; ungraded items are still new and in case-fresh condition.*

Warehousing

We warehouse our own products. We are collectors and expect the same great quality as you do. We control every aspect to ensure that your order arrives in the condition you expect.
