Founded in 1977, ITALPEL is one of the tannery member of The Genuine Italian Vegetable Tanned Leather Consortium, vera pella in Tuscan, Italy. With a company philosophy aiming to recover the old artisan traditions and to join them with the most modern technology, Italpel tannery produces splendid vegetable-tanned cow leather for 200years.
Amongst them, Art. Alpha leather, adopted for Leica C-Lux Half Case, is milling processed and naturally embossed on it. Its tanning process follows the traditional Tuscan method of slow 48Hours tanning, using only vegetable tannin in full respect of man and the environment.
The result is a natural and high quality product which ages naturally having unique characteristic and beauty with the use.
Aircraft grade Aluminum 6061
- High-class material Aluminum 6061 which is being used for manufacturing aircraft, is used of the bottom.
It is manufactured in very detail, installed very firmly and keeps maintaining flatness.
- 9.8mm thickness whole aluminum is applied for maintaining flatness and it gives simple design & luxurious feeling.
- Tripod Mount is additionally manufactured and separated from a bolt for upgrading convenience of using.
- Aluminum serface is completed as very sturdy product dealt with Alumite through corrosion/ wear resistance and light stability.
- The customer can change the battery without separation from case.
