Payment policy
We accept all methods of payment, note if you are paying with check your item will be shipped only after it has been cleared.
All payments are expected within 3 days after the last winning auction is closed unless otherwise agreed upon. A non-payment dispute will be opened if full payment is not received.
We only ship the item to your PayPal address for fast and accurate shipment. If you want to change the address, please add a note when you make the payment after you have paid.

Items only ship to the address on file with eBay, please verify that it is correct. Multiple won items can be combined for savings on shipping. Please wait for a combined invoice to ensure correct shipping costs. All items are shipped with delivery confirmation within the US and insured when valued over $60.00. All International shipments are insured.

Return Policy
We try to be fair and accurate with all of our auctions and descriptions. Please read each auction and bid carefully. If an item is grossly misrepresented we offer a refund for the cost of the item within 14 days although shipping and handling is non-refundable.*

We offer a 100%, no questions asked, money back guarantee return policy. If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied and wish to return your purchase, please follow these simple steps:
Notify us that you wish to return your purchase within 7 days of receipt and we will issue you a return authorization number. The item must be sent to us within 3 days after you receive this number; which needs to be clearly marked on the outside of the box, and you are responsible for shipping and insurance.
Once our diamond experts have inspected your return, your money will be refunded by the same payment method. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt in their original condition.
Items returned without certification will be subject to a $75 replacement fee.
