This is a Genuine OEM Honda part, # 06390-Z07-C20. It is a cold weather Breather Heater Kit for the Honda EU2000 series inverter generators.

Honda has developed a small, 10 watt heating coil that fits inside the crankcase breather tube to prevent water from freezing inside the crankcase in extremely cold temps. If ice forms in the breather tube it can block the airflow causing the generator to not work properly and/or leak oil. The heating coil gets its power from the generator by connecting to the back terminal of a selected receptacle. Once installed, the kit may remain on the generator; it is ok for it to operate year-round.
