We do the best to describe all of our items accurately. But - we understand and know from time to time there may be an issue or question or problem. So - simply send us an message by selecting the option that states “I want to send the seller a message, or I have a question about using my item” If any other option is selected before communicating by this method - I will not be able to help you from that point forward, do to the online process. We " Thank you" for your understanding and business regarding this.
A restocking fee will apply if you wish to cancel your order after you have paid but before it has shipped. That fee will be 10%.
RETURN POLICY- All items are returnable within 30 days from the purchase date for a refund. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns. Return shipping is to be paid by the buyer. Original shipping charges are not refundable. In the case of free shipping, the cost of postage will be deducted along with the restocking fee for returns for what we had to pay to get the item to you. This means if you want to return an item that shipped free to you, there will be a 20% deduction plus whatever the postage costs were to us.

Once you receive a confirmation email or acknowledgment of your purchase, we will stat the processing your order, and tracking information will usually be available within 3 business days. The order will be shipped within 5-10 business days from the issuing of the tracking code. Depending on the location of your item being shipped out and the destination country, it may take up to 15 - 20 business days for your order to be arrived.
We do apologize that we are unable to control any delay caused by the carrier and or by custom clearance.
Tracking info can take a few business days for the carrier to update. We strive to do our best - but once the item has left our business - things are out of our control and in the carriers control. With carriers today - items can be delayed and or delivered to a wrong address - this is not our fault - we ship to the address provided and ocnce leaving the store it is out of our control,
