It takes around 7 - 15 business days to the USA and around 7 - 25 business days to West / North Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia, Japan and South Korea. It takes around 10 - 35 business days to other countries. It takes around 1 - 2 business days to Hong Kong by registered post. Business day excludes Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
5.) Since the item is delivered by registered airmail and tracking parcel, it needs your personal acknowledgement upon receipt of item.
6.) We only ship item(s) to your Paypal address.
7.) No insurance coverage to the transit. The buyer is responsible for the subsequent after dispatch.
8.) The buyer is responsible for all declaration and import levy, VAT or any extra taxes involved. Moreover, buyer should know your local country and government regulation before purchase.
9.) The product item will be written "selling price excluding shipping fee" on shipping label for customs clearance when sending to buyer.

IV.) Return Policy
1.) We are always try to satisfy buyers the most. Once you bid the em, the transaction is considered on. Both seller and buyer are bound by the Bay purchase agreement.
2.) Return is not acceptable for change of mind based on the product item without damage. Please read through the listing carefully before you bid the item. Should you have any query, please feel free to contact us to clarify. We are glad to provide more item information for your reference.
3.) If the item is found damaged upon receipt, please report and take photo on the damaged item to us within 14 days after receiving it. Otherwise, we shall consider that the transaction is completed.
4.) The item should be returned in its original package and conditions at buyer's expense. The return postage is non-refundable. If the replacement cannot be arranged, we shall only refund the price of the item after deducting transportation fee and handling charges. It means that free shipment product will deduct transportation cost.
5.) If the buyer has not picked up the product item at their countries' post office for long time as a result of product item being returned to Hong Kong, we will only refund product price (excluding shipping cost) to buyer provided the item not being damaged and not opened, and buyer has not given negative /neutral feedback to us.
