- Most of furniture merchandises like beds and mattresses are rated as the oversize packages. The shipping rate is calculated by Dimensional Weight, not by Actual Weight by any shipping company. The bigger shipping box it is, the higher shipping cost will be calculated.
We mostly ship the item out by FEDEX shipping company with delivery tracking number provided. Sometimes, we mail the small packages by USPS if the shipping addresses are P.O. Boxes, APO or international, please contact us before placing an order.
Returning Policy:
- You may return the item within the first 30 days from date of receiving.
- We currently pay shipping cost to ship the order(s) to your house. Buyer will pay shipping cost for return.
- Some of furniture products like mattresses and beds are rated as the oversize shipping boxes by any shipping company, the shipping rate is very high by any shipping company.
- For a wrong item, we will exchange another one without any additional S&H cost.
- After receiving the order back within 30 days, we are going to refund you a full purchased price.
