RETURN POLICY

          If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). We offer FREE returns within 30 days of date received for money back. Please allow up to 14 days from receipt of the return for the refund to be completed. If an item is sold “New with Tags” it must have all tags present.  All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

PAYPAL is very much preferred. It’s the safest, most secure way to send payment.  If you don’t have a PAYPAL account, you may send cash, or check in the mail.  We are not liable for any lost mail.  Allow 5-7 business days for checks to clear before we send out the item.

Payment must be received within 5 days of auction end.  New buyers are welcome. 

Please note that eBay will automatically open an Unpaid Item Dispute (UPI) if an item is not paid within 16 days.

SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

SHIPPING IS NOT ALWAYS GUARANTEED TO BE ON TIME, AND IT MAY TAKE LONGER THAN EXPECTED. TRACKING WILL BE PROVIDED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.  Items will normally be shipped out within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment.  This does not include, weekends, holidays, and if we are out of town.  Please carefully check the listing page to see any extended handling time and estimated time of arrival.  As soon as item is shipped out, a tracking # will be sent to the email address provided by PayPal or eBay.

Shipping to an address other than the one provided by the PayPal account must be informed to us prior to payment. 

PLEASE NOTE: ONCE ITEMS ARE SHIPPED OUT, THE EXACT SHIPPING DURATION TIME IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

Due to U.S. economic embargoes or restrictions, we may not be able to ship to some countries. In the event we are unable to ship to your country, you will be notified that your order has been cancelled and your payment refunded. Orders shipping to countries outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country, as well as delivery delays due to required customs clearance procedures.  Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

International shipments that are refused will be subject to package abandonment and will not be eligible for any refunds.  Returns are not accepted for International Buyer’s.  We are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
