Any items damaged in shipping must go through the carriers' insurance claim process. Seller will not accept returns of the damaged items. In Case of Damage, follow these instructions: Report damage to seller within 12 hours of receipt. If you have visual Damage, have the driver sign for damage on delivery receipt. Send pictures of the damaged goods and packing material with the attached mailing label to the seller. Seller will contact the carrier and enroll in a procedure for a claim to refund you the money. Seller will take care of further process when pictures of the damage have been e-mailed. Please use the sellers e-mail address to send all pictures and necessary info, because pictures through e-Bay are low resolution and will not be acceptable. All damage requires you to save carton and all packing material.
