GENERAL INFORMATION

· It is the buyers responsibility to check and confirm the listing details and to ask all questions before buying.

PAYMENT

· We accept: Paypal, Bank Deposit, Direct Debit. COD is only available for on-site pickups.

· Payment must be made within 5 days of buying/sale confirmation. If after 5 days and payment has not been received, we reserve the rights to re-list the item.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING/PICKUP

· Items packed and shipped when full payment has been received.

· If the item is paid with Paypal, it will be shipped to the address provided by eBay only.

· Items can be sent to postal address only (not PO BOX).

· Please make sure that your address is correct. We will not be responsible for the delivery to an incorrectly provided address.

· International shipping is available, please contact us for a quote.

· Pickup by appointment only.

RETURN

· Returns and refunds will only be offered if the item is faulty or does not match the information provided in the listing.

· We accept return within 14 days.

· Return over 14 days will be charged 25% restocking fee.

· No return accepted over 30 days.

· The buyer pays return postage cost.

· The buyer must return item in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was when you received it, and pack it well.

· We must be informed before item is returned.

DISCLAIMER FOR ELECTRONIC PARTS

· Most electronic parts: modules, ECU kits, radios, and navigation units will only be compatible if the part numbers of your vehicle’s item match the numbers on ours.

· Some of the electronic parts need to be reprogrammed or installed by an automotive technician. So, when buying, make sure the item you buy will be installed by an expert.

· Returns will only be accepted if the item is proven to be faulty and you MUST supply us with a copy of an invoice and a document proving that the item was installed by a qualified technician.
