Shipping (worldwide):

• For total sales below $150.00, we use Indonesian post office's standard registered mail (RR) with tracking number. $6.99 for the first card won, add only $1.00 per additional card won. Please note that the tracking number for RR only states that the item(s) already depart from Indonesian post office and might not have delivery confirmation. 
• For total sales above $150.00, we must use EMS (EE) with insurance and delivery confirmation to protect both of us. $25.00 for the first card won, add only $1.00 per additional card won.
• For high-end card(s) above $500.00, we strongly advise to use DHL/UPS. $65.00 per small package up to 0.50 kg.
• For Canada bidders, shipping must use EMS! No exception. 
• Please wait for invoice before you make the payment, since we combine shipping and/or need to adjust shipping service based on ended value of the auctions. 
• For local bidders: we use JNE for shipment.  Shipping & handling charge is : JNE rate + IDR 10.000,- per package. 
• Please put the address information clearly, since we won't be responsible for incomplete address or post office errors.
• We ship within 2-4 days after cleared payment received. Kindly allow 3-4 weeks if using RR shipping service; or 5-7 days if using EMS (EE shipping service) ~ since we're shipping the goods from Jakarta, Indonesia. Also allow some time for your country's custom clearance time, because the delays usually come from the customs. We will inform you the tracking number for your convenience.
• We ship in top loaders and bubble mailers to ensure its safety.
• We DO NOT cancel transaction for any reasons (i.e. entered wrong amount, kids' bidded without permission, did not log out on public computer, went into hospital, lost job, duplicated, other financial problems or simply changed mind, etc).  
• Please leave us a 5-star rating feedback after receiving the goods, so that we know that you already receive the goods safely. We'll leave a feedback for you in return. If you have any problem regarding the deal, or if there's something bothering you for not giving us a 5-star rating, kindly contact us and we'd be very glad to work things out with you.
• Return Policy: We require the item to be returned for full refund. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. 

Payment:

• Paypal only for international/local buyer.
• Max 4 days after auction end. Non-paying buyer will be filed a non-paying case and will be blacklisted and blocked from all future auctions.
• All of the custom fees and taxes will be on the buyer's responsibility.
