Up for bids is the Signal Electric Co. Telegraph Sounder.  This sounder resembles the M-110 from the photos on Radiomuseum.  These sounders were used by the US Military Signal Corps and they were offered to the regular consumer market as well.   It is in good, complete condition, with light tarnish on the brass parts, but no rust or heavy corrosion or pitting.  All the binding posts are matching brass originals.  The sounder arm moves freely and all the adjustments work fine.  The coil reads open.  It should be a 4-ohm type.  One wire on the bottom is cut.  The wood base is also in good shape, with its original finish dried out and flaked away.  These old sounders are seldom offered in nice condition. This one shows little sign of use from back in the day.  Offered for parts or restoration.  View the photos carefully and please send any questions you may have.  NO RESERVE!!  Thanks for looking.
