In the original box - the box is in fair condition.

Complete except for the pvc pebble road. The original set had 30 pieces.

Trees. lamps. street sign, fence, battery operated lights (Batteries not included), mirror lake. park bench, sleds and figures.

Very good pre-owned condition.
