It is a New Old Stock Knife and it includes the Original Old Timer Box 

which has the front torn due to the previous owner pulling off the original price tag, please review the pictures.

It has it's Original Care Instructions.

 This is an American Made Product from the 1970's and it's a great knife w/tools just as it was sold years ago.
