The Pavilion has an expired Windows key and does not hold a charge. 
The Notebook is locked at startup screen.
Neither have been tested.
Neither come with charging cables or accessories.

Payment:

All payments must be made through U.S. PayPal from a verified account.
Payments on all won auctions must be made within 7 business days.

Shipping:

Shipping at this time is only to the United States. We do not give shipping quotes to other countries. For states outside of the continental U.S. we only ship through USPS.

If you are outside the continental U.S. and choose FedEx at checkout we will ship it but only with USPS Priority Mail.

All shipments are made within 1-2 business days of receiving payment, excluding holidays. Tracking will be available in eBay at time of shipment. 

All orders include insurance and orders over $50 require signature confirmation, no exceptions. Mail forwarding is blocked on all of our orders so please make sure your confirmed address is correct with PayPal.

We do not change addresses once your order is placed. If you have the incorrect address in PayPal we will not change it from an email request. You must first cancel the order in eBay and then resubmit it with the correct and confirmed shipping address.

If your item arrives damaged please IMMEDIATELY take a photo of the packaging. Do not discard the order. Instead, contact us so we can correct the situation.

Returns:

We stand by our products! 
If you receive an item that you are not happy with we will gladly accept returns as long as the item is of the same condition as it was shipped, all accessories and packaging are included and in good condition, and it is processed through eBay.

All return shipping is your responsibility, unless there is an issue with your order. If there is an issue please contact us immediately.

Please do not discard the shipping package if your order arrives damaged and contact us immediately.
