Wooden Bunting

1 x wooden letter made from 3mm MDF or Birch - If you need 5 letters you would need to add a quantity of 5 to your basket - You can change a letter to a star or heart if you would like one of these either side of the name/word - this is sold in its natural form but can be easily painted to add personalisation. 

Ribbon is not supplied, this has been used for illustration purposes only. 

The size of the letter refers to the height

For any multi-buy discounts all items need to be added to basket and paid for in one single transaction where the cost of the free item/s will be deducted automatically at checkout. 

Unfortunately if these terms of sale are not met we will not be able to send any promotional items. 

Payment Information

We only accept Paypal Payment. 

We kindly ask that all items are paid for as soon as possible after clicking 'buy it now'. This allows us to post your item to you sooner.

We unfortunately can't ship any items until payment has been confirmed and any e-cheques and pending payments have cleared.

Shipping Information

We offer free standard 2nd class shipping on the majority of our items. 

All unpersonalised items will be dispatched within one working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive orders 2-3 days after dispatch (for orders sent RM48). 

We obtain proof of postage and delivery for all items, however in the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged in the post then please get in contact as soon as possible for us to resolve for you. We cannot treat an item as lost until 10 working days have passed, and any damaged items must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. 

Returns Information

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return the product for a refund (excluding personalised products). We unfortunately cannot refund any postal charges and do charge a 10% handling fee on all returns. 

You can return a product up to 30 days from the purchase date.

Any returned product must be in the same condition it was received, unused and in the original packaging. 

We unfortunately cannot offer returns on any personalised items unless they have been misspelt (our error).
