PROBLEMS: In the unlikely event of a problem, please contact us first through ebay and we will try to resolve issues as soon and as amicably as possible. Under no circumstances shall we be responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage.

If you change your mind about an item and wish to return it, you must let us know within 14 days of receipt. The buyer pays all return post costs, and the item must be returned in the same condition as sent. Refunds will be given after our safe receipt and inspection. If an item is faulty, where possible we will offer a replacement. The suitability of the end use of any of our items rests entirely with the buyer.
