Hello there you big ol’ hop head!!! Thanks for your visit to our little brewing abode, it's appreciated. We've decided to add a wee note on using your hop straining bags. So here goes ;)
Directions: Place the hops* in the bag/s** and use as follows. Either add to the boiling wort as part of your bittering/aroma requirements, or if you’re “dry hopping” to extract maximum aroma and taste, make a hop tea. Do this by placing the full tea bag/s in boiling water for 5 minutes then add the liquor and hops to your brew. If dry hopping you can either make the hop tea as described, or simply throw the bag of hops into your fermenter. We find that the best way to dry hop is to add the hops to your primary fermentation bucket after 4 days of fermentation. Wait a 3 to 4 days then rack your beer to a secondary clearing bucket, squeeze the bag (to extract the last bit of goodness) using sterilised rubber gloves and continue your normal brewing process. Hope this helps ;)
Have a happy brew day. Steven, Tom, Mark and Cammy

**The hop bags are reusable, so tie a bow in it, use it and wash it out after use and you’re good to go on your next brew
