Buy placing your order you accept the following terms of purchase

• Postage - Postal charges are clearly shown within the listing. Please bear in mind that our postal charges include more than the price of a stamp, include is actual postage costs, packaging and handling all items are sent seconded class signed for (UK only). If you buy, you are deemed to have accepted the shipping charges quoted. International shipping may be subject to import duties or other taxes these are all at the purchasers .
• Dispatch Times - We normally dispatch your order within 72 hours (normal working days Mon-Fri, excluding bank and public holiday),items order after 4pm will be classed as next working day. Your goods will be shipped from UK. Goods normally take 2-4 days to UK. Worldwide 7-10 days but please allow up to 14 days for delivery from shipment date (28 outside the UK) in case of postal delays, non delivery claims for replacements or refunds will not be accepted before this period ends.
• Acceptance - We reserve the right to replace the brand of shirt with brand of a similar quality. After 14 days of shipment your order will be assumed satisfactory and claims of shipment errors or requests for returns or exchanges will not be accepted. Some non-faulty items may be returned provided that the item(s) are returned in clean, sell-able condition with all tags intact, and subject to the discretion of Blue Gooseberry Merchandising Ltd. All returns will be refunded less the shipping cost. All exchanges will incur a return-shipping fee in line with the original shipping fees.
• Please note: Products are all our designs, which are made to order, and are within EBAY policy of made to order clothing/items. Unless otherwise stated, all garments are 100% unofficial and as such are not licensed merchandise. The designs on this web site are in no way connected with, or endorsed by, the personalities, people or organisations they may appear to depict.
• Returns: If you would like to exchange an item for another size, you can send it back to us within 14 days of receiving the item. We expect that the item is in its original condition; new; unwashed and unused with tags still attached. Will we send you via email a returns authorisation no item will be accepted without this form. You will also need to pay the re-postage fee of £2.50 to our Paypal account (fantees@mail.com). During this process please provide us with the transaction ID of your original order and instructions on the new size you require.
