SHIPPING: Rates have changed. This single issue will be mailed out via 1st Class (providing it is under 13 oz) for $3.95. Adding 2-3 additional magazine will cause the domestic shipping rate to increase to $5.95 and your order will be shipped out via Priority Mailer. Bulk orders must contact me for a shipping quote. AND PLEASE do not write to me and complain about the international shipping rates. I know they are expensive. They're are terribly expensive but I cannot come down in price. Thank you.
