SHIPPING

We will make every effort to process your order within 24 to 36 hours of receiving payment.

We can only ship to the registered address you provide in our checkout process.

We can not change the shipping address, so please make sure to add your correct address in your PayPal account or eBay checkout BEFORE finalizing your purchase.

To preserve the quality, we ship all footwear double-boxed (unless otherwise stated).

IMPORTANT INFO FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT included in the item's price or shipping cost, and are therefore the BUYER'S responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

We will make every effort to ship your item quickly, however all international packages are subject to delay of delivery time, due to US & international customs. The customs will randomly inspect packages upon departure/arrival of packages.

RETURNS

RBD Outlet will exchange or issue a refund if you are not happy with your purchase within 30 days of your transaction.

Please contact us for exchange options.

A 10% restocking fee may apply to any returns, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

You may choose to return the item by clicking "Return this item" next to the item in your "My eBay" account.

Please do not send the item back without obtaining a Return Authorization, by initiating a return for your order through eBay.

Returns are only accepted on items in the same brand new, unused condition that you received them (unless the listing states the condition as otherwise), along with all original as well as outer packaging, accessories and purchase receipt.

All return shipping costs must be prepaid; we do not accept any COD's for returns.

Any items that have been returned and have obvious signs of use will be returned to the buyer at buyer's expense.

Your refund will be processed within 3-7 business days after receiving the item at our location.

There are no returns accepted on international sales.
