This is a BT Type IDC Punch Down Tool copied from the original KRONE. 

Used to install wires with ease into an IDC connection found on telephone sockets (BT/Virgin/Pressac etc) 

and data sockets such as Cat5/Cat5e and Cat6 face plate modules or Patch Panels.

This tool automatically cuts of the excess on the wire after inserting it which prevents the tails touching the neighboring tails to cause short (loop) faults. The tool includes 2 fold out blades, one of them is a small hook used to remove existing or wrongly terminated wires and the other is a small blade.
