If your order gets delayed or lost royal mail will only allow claims after 15 days for standard delivery. All our orders are sent through royal mail 2nd class so they don't have tracking number. For next day delivery, we provide full tracking details. We are happy to provide you with receipt of postage upon request for all shipments.
