The doors are smaller than the opening size to allow for the track and the center hinges: See Size Chart For Full Details Below

These doors are Primed only – The primer is thick and after air drying, they are wrapped and shipped to our store – occasionally primer can come off where it has been thicker sprayed due to packaging – this has no effect on the door and it is not damaged. The door still will need to be painted. Any questions before purchase please ask.

The doors are smaller than the opening size to allow for the track and the center hinges.

Please Note - Recommended Trimming from door is only 3-5mm anymore and you can destroy the exterior and cut through the door.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date with a full refund subject to the following conditions:

  • Item has not been defaced or used and is in resealable condition if not damaged. (please Quality check your item before you start work on it, we cannot be held responsible if you do not make these checks)
  • Contact us within 72 hours of receipt of the door, if there is any carrier damage etc, please send images as proof as this will need to be used for a claim against the carrier.Its down to you the customer to ensure damages are notified to us right away, we are not liable for doors that you paint, gloss, hang, make sure you are happy with the door before you prepare to hang it, we see this as damage by the customer and cannot accept these back, we find this reasonable and is part of our terms and conditions.
  • The buyer pays for the return postage unless it’s damaged, please contact us as eBays return shipping does not work for the size of our items, we will help with the return.
  • While in your possession you must keep any Products you intend to return to us in good condition. You will be responsible if they are lost, damaged, or destroyed whilst they are in your possession as ownership of the goods and title pass to you on delivery. A refund or replacement can not be given if we do not hear back from you within 30 days.

We will always replace the item as long as it’s the same item purchased and in cases where we have no stock of the replacement, we will authorise a refund. 


Please note if trimming doors we only recommend the UK standard cutting 4-6mm. The doors are hollowcore any more cutting and this will destroy the exterior of the door.
