IMPORTANT: Please water test your case to make sure that it is watertight before you put your phone inside.
- Make sure that the main O-ring is properly set in place
- Align and close the case making sure that the port door is properly closed.
- Screw in the new Jack Cover, and make sure it is properly set.
- Test the adapter in the same way.
- Fully submerge case underwater weighing it down for 30 minutes.
- Remove the case from the water and check to make sure that the case is dry inside.
- Repeat the test for every Jack Cover and Adapter.
- If you find water inside the case, contact us immediately and we will replace the faulty part.
LIABILITY
We shall not be
liable for any consequential, incidental and contingent damages arising
from, but not limited to, the installation, use or repair of this
products. We do not, under any circumstance, cover the replacement or
cost of any electronic device or personal property inside or outside of
the case.

problem or issue with your order and we will take care of it
immediately.
RETURNS
- Please
note that we take stock numbers of item/serial numbers and will verify
that all returns are the original item purchased from us.
- You
must contact us to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
before sending the item back to us for a refund. Please contact us for
return instructions.
- Due to the high cost of shipping, we will only accept a return if item was grossly misrepresented or defective.
You must contact us immediately and return the item within 14 days of
the actual receipt of the item (we verify through Delivery
Confirmation). You may be required to take pictures of the item when
making a misrepresentation claim. You may have to return the item
altogether for a full refund. All returned items must be unused and in its original packing.
- If a return should take place on FREE SHIPPING item(s), the actual original shipping/handling costs, a minimum of $3, are non-refundable.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns of non-defective items.
- We
will not accept returned items without the original box and packaging.
If your item arrives damaged, DO NOT THROW OUT THE SHIPPING BOX and
contact us immediately! A USPS representative may request to inspect
both the item(s) and the shipping box in order to process a damage
claim. Failure to do this may result in a denial of a damage claim.
- Although
we have absolutely no control over your package once it has left our
hands, we will be happy to assist you in any way that we can. We will
pay return shipping on any defective product.
- It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify their original purchase.
- No items come with a manufacturer’s warranty unless stated in the auction.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
- Please
be aware that the postal service does not always scan our products at
the point of entry, and many times there will be no tracking information
until delivery. The service we provide is officially only a " Delivery
Confirmation" However it is a good idea to check the tracking as many
times they do update information. If you don't see any info, don't be
alarmed, your order is on its way and should get to you shortly.
However, if you do not receive your order within 10 days, please contact
us immediately.
- We ONLY ship
to the address PayPal provides us and cannot change it. If you wish to
ship to another address please add it in your PayPal account addresses
and select such before payment is made.
- Orders
are usually shipped within 24 hrs except for Sat. & Sun. &

- Please verify your address during checkout. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses due to an unconfirmed address.
- Orders will be shipped after receipt of verifiable payment with PayPal.
