Free delivery, where available, applies to UK mainland only. For Scottish Highlands, Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Ireland, IOM and overseas please contact us for a quote.
All customers must leave a contact number when they have purchased an item so we can forward it to the courier company.
Please note that all glass items and body panels (doors bonnets wings & boot lids) are sent at buyers risk, we do our utmost to pack them safely but unfortunately no courier will insure them against damage/breakages, we would strongly recommend buyer collection of these types of items.
Body panels & glass items
Body panels are sent at buyers risk as we are unable to insure them in transit on rare occasions body panels get damaged in transit.
Side windows are sent at buyers risk as we are unable to insure during transit.no refunds or returns as on rare occasions side windows get damaged during transit.
Return Policy
Any parts returned under warranty will not be exchanged /refunded if found to be tampered with or stripped. If a part is reported to be faulty or broken, we will only give a refund or replacement once we have received the old unit back and tested it. Any part bears our unique identity marking which needs to be present on returned item. All electronic devices such as ECU’s or sensors are not returnable (please contact me for details) due to the fact that any electronic item could get damaged when being fitted to a faulty vehicle.
Items incorrectly ordered or no longer required will not be accepted unless agreed otherwise, also the buyer will be responsible for all the shipping costs. In the rare occasion if we have sent an incorrect item or if there is an error in our listing the buyer needs to contact us immediately to resolve this issue.
