It is new in the box. The photos are of what it looks like when completely put together. The green tape was so it didn't get scratched while I was putting it together for the photos. It can hold 18 pairs of glasses. The measurements are 17.5"H x (The base) 9.5"L x 9.5"W. It measures on each of the 3 display areas 7.5" x 16.5". The display also spins 360 degrees on a hard round plastic ball bearing sealed case. The trim that goes up the sides are aluminum. The base and top are plastic. The white display area is plexiglass. Also the holders hold the glasses when they are folded up and not when they are unfolded.
Another thing I noticed that you can do if you don't want the name to be displayed on the rack is turn the panels around. The white color is on the side where the sign is, so you could us dry erase markers on the other side if you wanted. It is a very versatile display.

Please! Before buying make sure your shipping address is correct and it is the address where the item is being shipped too. The store is not responsible for changing your address in the middle of purchases. You can correct addresses at the cart when purchasing or in settings in your accounts with E-bay and Paypal. It has become too complicated for the store to change addresses.
