Refunds and Exchanges

 ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless item is grossly misrepresented. In the rare event that an item is accepted for return, purchaser is responsible for return shipping fees.  In the event that an item is damaged or lost during shipment, the seller will put a claim in to the shipping carrier. The buyer will provide the seller with all necessary information to file a claim (i.e. photos of damage/return of original shipping materials and item(s) damaged). Once the claim is approved, then the buyer will be reimbursed/refunded accordingly. Once an item has been confirmed by the shipping carrier as "delivered" to the address provided by the buyer; the seller is no longer responsible for said item, therefore please have your items shipped to a secure location &/or request signature delivery confirmation (additional fee may apply) Signature Delivery Confirmation not available to international destinations.

Sales Tax

Based on applicable tax laws, eBay will calculate, collect, and remit sales tax on behalf of sellers for items

Shipping 

Most items are shipped within two days of receiving payment. Items are always insured & tracking information will be sent to the buyer upon request. We package our items with care, always using necessary packing materials such as bubble wrap or packing peanuts to ensure your items arrive without damage.  In order to attempt to reduce our carbon footprint, when possible, we utilize recycled packing materials.  All shipping includes insurance to the lower 48 states.  ** Please contact us prior to bidding for shipping rates to any other areas and/or countries as they might be higher or lower than the fees listed.  See additional information below**

International Buyers

 Please note: Import taxes, duties and charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping charges.  It is the buyer’s responsibility to check with their country’s customs office to determine any additional fees that might be imposed. We do not mark merchandise values below value or indicate that they are "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

OPTION #2: The second option is having us ship your international package.

We have extensive experience with doing our own international shipping.

OPTION #3:  Ebay's International Standard Delivery / DDU - new method offered in 2020 offering an economical 

choice for international shipping.  The price does not include any applicable taxes/duties.  Buyers

pay any applicable taxes/duties at the time of delivery.  

Since there are different options and prices for various locations, we are unable to provide

 appropriate shipping fees on Ebay for international shipping for each item available for purchase.
