Here is a Gorgeous Red Formal Dress. . No tags. . Looks like it has been altered. Floor Length. See pictures . I did measure the bust by measuring across seam to seam ( arm pits) that measured 16 inches, the waist is 13 inches, and hips measured 16 inches.
No known defects seen or known.
