Payment must be  received within 4 days or an unpaid item will be reported to  eBay.

• All products will be  well-packed with bubble wrap, and shipped  from Hong Kong directly, by Hong Kong Post International Air  Mail with tracking no.
• Please ensure your shipping  address in PayPal is correct and update before purchase.  Products will ONLY be sent to shipping address in PayPal.
• Postal Return of any reasons  (e.g. refuse to collect, no collection, wrong address etc), you  will be responsible for the shipping fee, return shipping fee  and 10% admin & handling charge.
• Products will be shipped  within 1-2 business days, after payment is cleared.

• Tracking number will be  provided for those products sent by Courier or Registered Air  Mail.

• You will have 1  year warranty for all our products, except filters and  accessories (e.g. filters, batteries, remote controllers, cords,  etc.) which is only valid for 90 days.
• Our warranty covers manufacturer defects ONLY.
• Customer is responsible for the cost of return  shipment. We are responsible for the cost of shipping back the replaced /  repaired products.
• Products found not to be defective will be  returned at customer's expense.
