We ship to the lower 48 United States ONLY! We cannot combine shipping, and there is No local pick up. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO’s. Items are usually shipped within 1-3 business days.  Orders will not ship on weekends or holidays.

Wrong Item Received/Defective/Damage Merchandise Policy
Please examine the outer box and all contents immediately upon receipt for any signs of Wrong Items Shipped(s)/Defective/Damage. All claims must be initiated 
within 5 business days of delivery. If possible, please inspect the damage at the time of delivery, and refuse any packages that are damaged. Then e-mail us immediately so that we can initiate the process and ship a replacement to you. Keep in mind, that defective/damaged merchandise can ONLY be replaced, NOT exchanged.

If merchandise arrives that is incorrect, defective, or damage we will gladly replace it at NO charge to you (including return shipping charges) by issuing you a Pre-Paid Label.

Return Policy for Refund of received merchandise or cancelled regardless if it is defective, damaged or send incorrectly.


Notify us by e-mail of your desire to return for REFUND your purchase. We will issue you a return authorization number (RMA) and email you a return address. You can return items in only new condition within
 14 days and we will refund your money or replace the item subject to return policy. No refunds or exchanges on items that packaging has been opened and cannot be resold as new. We will issue refunds for the product only, NOT shipping charges. We charge a 15% restocking fee, on all merchandise returned or any order that is cancelled prior to shipment that has been allocated at our warehouse. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, might be subject to additional restocking fees up to 50% of the item's price or return of the merchandise back to you.

Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have actual shipping charges deducted from the refund. Furthermore, if any order is refused by the customer, return shipping charges will be charged to the customer.


Customers will incur the expense for returning the item. We do not reimburse shipping charges. We do not issue Pre-Paid Shipping Labels to return merchandise that is being sent back to us for a refund.
