Nice rustic hand blown glass blown straight into a metal cage makes up this vintage vase.  Purchased in the 80's.  Sticker on the bottom reads, "Handcrafted in Mexico Mesa International Elkins New Hampshire".  Measures 7" wide x 9 5/8" H.  Blue clear glass made rustic with imperfections and uneven rim.  In good pre-owned vintage conditon.  Some surface rusting on the metal.  Great for fresh flowers, a bowl full of lemons for the center of the table.
